Committee Reports:

He is planning the next YE day for sometime in Sept. or Oct., and is in contact with a lady representing the JROTC.

and a speaker. Tom Hubbuch stated that EAA would get the event on their web site in the next couple of days.
Picnic – The Spring picnic was held on June 12 at Bardstown. Despite the threatening weather, a good number drove in, and two
airplanes managed to make it. Tom Hubbuch suggested that early Oct. would be a good date for the Fall picnic, pending further discussion.
Several members reported attending the fly-in picnic sponsored by Tom Everhart at Willow Island on July 2.
Oshkosh Plans – Ten members indicated that they were planning on attending. The common meeting place would be at the Homebuilt
Headquarters at the start of the airshow. All were encouraged to bring their photos and report their experience at the Aug. meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:18 PM.
The program following the meeting was scheduled to be an overview of fuel injection by Don Jeffries. That presentation will be
re-scheduled. However, Robert Wilmoth was able, on short notice, to show some of his slides of airliners of the world that he took
during some extensive traveling in the past. He demonstrated an extraordinary knowledge of nuances and details of these various
aircraft, even stumping some of the airline and UPS pilots in attendance.
