EAA CHAPTER 110
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
December 10, 2003

7: 35 President, Tom Hubbuch, called the meeting to order. Vice President, Gary Graham, was present.
7:40 Secretary, Joy Jeffries, read the minutes from the Oct. & Nov. meetings. They were accepted as read.
7:42 Treasurer, Berry Bannon, gave the treasurer's report. It was accepted as read. Dues are due in January & calendars are for sale for $8.00.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

Hospitality - Tom Mitchell reported 25 members attending.

Young Eagles - Jim Lasch has agreed to be the Young Eagles coordinator again for the coming year.

Web Page - no report.

Newsletter - no report.

Bowman Eagles - currently 30 members. Both aircraft are flying about 50-60 hours per month.

Membership - all chapter members are required to be national members. George Willenbrock agreed to contact headquarters to obtain a list of local members of the national organization.


OLD BUSINESS

The fund for the memorial wall currently has a balance of $155.00. Information will be sent out in an e-mail and included in the newsletter.

Discussion was had regarding pros and cons of a chapter project. Howard Edwards has been looking into locations to have a chapter hangar and/or aircraft. The idea of combining with the Clark Co. chapter was also brought up.

NEW BUSINESS

Jim Hacker is to be the speaker for the January meeting.

The February meeting is to be a project review.

The chapter needs volunteers that have a varied flight experience to be appointed Flight Advisors. Gary Graham is to research to qualifications.

Tom Hubbuch presented certificates to officers, coordinators, counselors, etc. for their year of service.

Jim Nolen reported that several members were planning a flight to Rough River on December 17 in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Wright Brothers flight.

8:23 Meeting adjourned. George Willenbrock gave a presentation on his "Timeless Voices of Aviation" project.
